Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 1978, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on March 2, 198, one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court's astronomical Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 22, 1985, 50 thousand won of fine for the same crime in the same court on September 27, 198, 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Seoul High Court on September 21, 1990, 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Daejeon High Court on December 23, 1993, and 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Seoul High Court on July 22, 197, from Daejeon District Court on November 18, 2004 to the Daejeon District Court on August 23, 2007, and completed the punishment from Daejeon District Court on September 16, 2019.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. At around 14:30 on May 3, 2012, the Defendant discovered a vehicle parked by a victim’s name in the parking lot of the D Building at the time of Pakistan, and the Defendant reported the network, and the Defendant opened the above vehicle using the Drick and opened a door, and removed one black box (RUNCLOS BS1) owned by the said victim.
B.
