Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a cleaning service company B, and is a person who has been responsible for civil engineering works, etc. for the permission for the conversion of a lot of land outside Gyeonggi-gun, and for the permission for the conversion of a lot of land.

Any person who violates the Management of Mountainous Districts Act shall obtain permission in advance to divert any area other than a consultation area for conversion of mountainous districts.

Nevertheless, from February 2009 to May 2012, the Defendant destroyed the form and quality of land by destroying mountainous districts, such as 434m2 in the land register of Pyeongtaek-gun, E’s forest land, 1m2 in the land register of E, 438m2 in the land register of F, 182m2 in the land register of G, and 6m2m2 in the land register of H’s forest land, and 1,061m2 in the land register of H, which were located without permission.

As a result, the Defendant unlawfully diverted mountainous districts without permission for mountainous district conversion.

(b) Any person who violates the National Land Planning and Utilization Act intends to change the form and quality of land shall obtain permission for development activities.

From February 2009 to May 2012, the form and quality of land was changed, such as 434 square meters in the land register of Eunpyeong-gun D, 1 square meters in the land register of E, 438 square meters in the land register of F, 182 square meters in the land register of G, 182 square meters in the land register of G, 6 square meters in the land register of H, and 1,061 square meters in the land register of H without permission.

Accordingly, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land without permission for development activities.
