1. Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for two years, by imprisonment for one year and two months, by imprisonment for Defendant C, by imprisonment for one year and two years, by imprisonment for each of them.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall not provide property or property benefits to a person who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports promotion betting tickets or similar things, and shall not open a space for gambling for profit-making purposes;
Defendant
A and Defendant B: (a) purchased K, a similar Internet gambling site to sell voting rights under the National Sports Promotion Act, from an unqualified person; (b) created a call center office in Hong Kong; and (c) overall control over the operation of the above site and the management, distribution, etc. of earnings; (c) Defendant C and L engaged in website publicity through the Internet; (d) recruitment of new members and recruitment of total members; (e) withdrawal of profits from the office management and revenue of the Hong Kong call center; (e) Defendant E engaged in withdrawal of profits from the office management and revenue of the Hong Kong call center; and (e) Defendant D engaged in the recruitment of personnel of the account and call center, N,O, P, Q, and R, in sequence, in the call center office located in Hong Kong.
From August 2014 to June 2016 (from around October 2014 to June 2016, the Defendants: (a) at the call center office in Hong Kong, from around August 2014 to around June 2016; (b) from around August 2014 to around December 2015, the Defendants received Do money from members recruited by the above methods through the national bank account (T) in the name of S Co., Ltd.; and (c) deposited the Do money to the members of the said Do; and (d) deposited the game money with the members of the members of the Do in connection with the sports games, such as the so-called Dogggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggs
