Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on the 2nd floor in Gwangju Northern-gu B and the 2nd floor, installed two plastic gaming machines, which are speculative gaming machines, and installed 30,000 won each day from March 5, 2013 to April 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had 50 points per 1,000 won (hereinafter referred to as “C Party Funeral”); and (b) had the users who find the above Party Funeral games play the games by partitioninging the pressing with the points of 50 points per 1,00 won; and (c) obtained profits from the speculative acts of exchanging KRW 1,00 per 50 per 50 points.
