A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person driving B rocketing sirens.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E by occupational negligence, such as salt, tension, etc., of the climatic tensions requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim G, such as salt, tension, etc. of the climatic tensions requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.154% from the apartment parking lot from approximately 700 meters to the front road located in Gwangju Northern-gu, 216 up-to-date 2 district high-tech high-tech, Gwangju Northern-ro, Seoul, to a level of about 700 meters from the apartment parking lot to the front road located in Gwangju Northern-gu C.
