Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was hospitalized in C Hospital.

Even if the defendant was hospitalized without being hospitalized, he met the number of days of hospitalization in the insurance company without being hospitalized in the insurance company.

The defendant subscribed to two insurance policies including the Jeju Women's Health Insurance of Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. to receive insurance money in accordance with collateral matters such as the number of days of hospitalization when an insurance accident occurs.

The Defendant: (a) on January 29, 2014, at C Hospital located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D on the ground that knee is fele; (b) on the ground that he/she is free from hospital; (c) he/she is not subject to hospital hospitalization; (d) is not subject to outpatient management; and (e) is admitted to the hospital by using the fact that he/she falsely states the details of treatment; and (d) is admitted to

From the 21st day to the 18th day of the 19th day, he was hospitalized at the above hospital, and was hospitalized in the name of “the patient Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd.’s claim for insurance proceeds on February 18, 2014, and received KRW 840,00 from the injured party,” and received KRW 19,705,285 by repeatedly hospitalized eight times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, by deceiving the victims, and thereby, the Defendant received property as the insurance proceeds, by deceiving the victims.
