1. Defendant A

A. On March 28, 2015, the injured Defendant: (a) requested the Victim B (the 60-year-old age)’s wage to change the victim’s name at the interior service office operated by the Victim B (the 60-year-old age), but said that there was no wage in which the victim had shown the account book and had already been paid for the victim; (b) discussed the victim’s desire to read “the victim changed the victim’s name, schip, schip, and schip (book)”; and (c) discussed the victim’s flabing, pushing the victim’s flab, cut down the victim’s body, cut the victim’s face over the bottom; and (d) caused the victim’s injury, i.e., on the part of the victim, when the victim’s face was 10 times more than 10 weeks, and then the victim’s flabing part requiring the victim’s treatment.

나. 절도 피고인은 2015. 3. 28. 21:20경 가항 기재 장소에서, 피해자가 출동한 경찰관과 함께 신월지구대로 가면서 사무실을 비운 틈을 이용하여, 그곳에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 38만원 상당의 엡손(EPSON) 복합기 1대를 들고 가 이를 절취하였다.

2. Defendant B suffered violence from the victim A (the age of 49), such as the date and time, place, as described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and caused injury to the victim, such as damage to the reputation of the head of a part in need of a detailed treatment for about two weeks, by putting the head of the victim at one time with a net value (the total length of 37.5 cm, 11 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in front of the office’s front gate (the total length of 37.5 cm, 11 cm in length).
