Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.121% during blood transfusions at around 20:30 on October 7, 2016, and the Defendant was driving B AP car at approximately KRW 15 meters within the 3-meter Vice Minister of the Central Market in Daejeon Dong-dong.
