『2019고단439』 피고인은 2019. 3. 22. 23:38경 군산시 B에 있는 ‘C’ 주점 부근에서 술에 취하여 위 장소를 지나가던 피고인의 헤어진 여자친구 D를 보고 그녀의 이름을 부르던 중 위 D의 일행인 피해자 E(여, 19세)이 피고인에게 “D의 이름을 부르지 말라”고 하였다는 이유로 화가 나, 피해자에게 욕설을 하면서 손으로 피해자의 머리카락을 잡고 골목으로 끌고 간 후, 손으로 피해자의 목을 잡고 밀고, 위 장소에 있던 위험한 물건인 맥주병을 오른손에 들고 피해자를 때릴 듯한 시늉을 하다가 피해자에게 다가가 왼손으로 피해자의 오른쪽 어깨 부위를 잡고 피해자의 옷을 끌어당겨 폭행하였다.
