Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:50%, operated Bho-do car at approximately 5km from the roads near the bathing beach located in Busan High-dong, Busan High-gu, Busan, to the annual mountain tunnel, located in the Seosan-dong, Busan.
