1. The Defendant’s payment to the Plaintiffs as stated in the attached Table 2’s “personal seal” column and each of them from May 30, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are employees employed by the Defendant and are performing the duties of establishing and operating the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Industrial Promotion Foundation.

B. Of the wage items received by the Plaintiffs, the Defendant calculated meal allowance, long-term continuous service allowance, management allowance, technical allowance, selective welfare allowance, performance bonus, performance bonus, transportation subsidy, job allowance (which falls under Plaintiff B, C, D, and E working as facility service worker), and paid them to the Plaintiffs by calculating overtime hours work allowance and annual work leave allowance, except for ordinary wage calculation.

C. As above, the Defendant’s specific payment criteria and the relevant provision are as follows, except for the calculation of ordinary wages.

The base provision - The payment of KRW 130,00 won per month in general service and 100,00 won per month in facility service within budgetary limits for the welfare of executives and employees - the payment of KRW 50,00 per month in additional annual salary for employees who have worked for not less than five years, including long-term continuous service allowances in the military for not more than three years - the payment of KRW 50,00 per month: The ground provision - the management allowances of Article 22-1(2) of the Remuneration Regulations - the employees who are assigned to the position of the head of the headquarters or the head of the team under the Organization and Personnel Regulations - the fixed amount of KRW 50,00 per month in addition to the annual salary for the purpose of preserving the expenses necessary for the performance of their duties - the base provision: the technical allowance of the officers and employees under Article 22-1(1), Article 23(1)7, and [Attachment 4] of the Remuneration Regulations - the basic technical qualification allowance of those employed on May 2, 3, 2012, and - the basic technical qualification allowance of those employed.
