Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From October 2012, the Defendant has been engaged in the business of collecting construction price from the victim D's employees of the financial management of the financial management of the financial management of the financial management of the financial investment business entity of the financial investment business entity of Busan.

1. On October 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) collected KRW 2.5 million from the president of the above FF to the third floor of the building in front of Busan Jung-gu; and (b) used the same day for personal purposes, such as the drinking value, in the trade incompact book located in the Geum-gu, Busan, for the purpose of using the same as the mind, while keeping it for the victim after collecting KRW 2.5 million from the president of the said FF as the advance for remodeling construction.

2. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) collected KRW 3 million from the president of the FF as the intermediate payments for remodeling from the president of the said FF; and (b) used the same day for personal purposes, such as the payment value, in the mutual influence book located in the Geum-gu, Busan for the purpose of being kept for the victim.

As a result, the defendant has embezzled the victim's property in violation of his occupational duties.
