Criminal facts

On April 25, 2017, at around 00:45, the Defendant, at the front of the above main station C located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, 2017, followed the demand for the separation from the above main station E in the circumstances where the Plaintiff was dispatched after receiving 112 a report, and caused the Defendant to assault the part of the above E, i.e., on the right hand hand, with the desire to read as “I am feasd, I am feasd, I am feasd, I am for the chief of the police station, and I am for the width.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties on the maintenance of public peace and order.
