1. Basic facts and circumstances of dispositions;

A. The Plaintiff’s status as the Plaintiff and the Eastern Steel Co., Ltd., UNHethyl Co., Ltd., Poscoco Co., Ltd., Hyundai Hasco Co., Ltd., and Sejong Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “six companies, including the Plaintiff,” and the company’s trade name omitted) are enterprisers who manufacture and sell steel plates, and are enterprisers under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (amended by Act No. 10303, May 17, 2010; hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”).
