A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2014, at around 21:25, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the C convenience point located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and was in front of the C convenience point; (b) however, the Defendant, upon receiving a 112 report that “a person under the influence of alcohol is in the way, employed on the road; and (c) the police officer of the Gyeonggi-si Police Station Emb box called out and the police officer G tried to have the person under the influence of alcohol return to the Republic of Korea, by neglecting the said D.

Therefore, without any reason, the Defendant laid the above F's timber twice by hand, laid five times, laid the boat on five occasions, and laid the her hand at one time with the left side of the above G.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the lives and bodies of police officers.
