The punishment of a defendant shall be determined by a credit cooperative for four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On November 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:13, and led to two-lanes from the shooting distance of the entrance to ELTex to the third line road in front of the office of South and North Korea, which is located 172 4:4 p.m. in the Southern Mine-gu, Gwangju.

At night, there is a crosswalk installed in the front direction of the Defendant’s driving, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle, such as checking the front door and the left and right of the vehicle’s driver, and checking whether there is a person to cut the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded on the front side by neglecting to do so, and by neglecting to do so, received the part of the bridge of the victim C(A, 50 years old) on the left side of the direction of the Defendant’s driving from the right side of the road.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as return of a pelto, which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, due to occupational negligence as above.
