A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2009, the Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on the following occasions: (a) a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; (b) a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 7, 201; and (c) a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on at least two occasions.

On May 27, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol 0.097% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a vehicle of horse and horse on the side of the verteng-gun in the Southern Gero-gun with a 8km volume B knife from the flick-gun parking lot to the front road of the community hall in the south Gero-gun in the south Gero-gun.
