1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the following amount ordered to be paid shall be revoked.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are companies engaged in international transportation services and transportation services.

B. From April 26, 2014 to May 14, 2014, B, who was an employee of the Defendant, had access to the Internet portal site in the name of the Defendant’s wife (hereinafter “Internet portal site”) over a total of 15 times as indicated in the following table: (a) had access to the following carpets, four set-out boards, and the next Arabic, and then had access to the Internet portal site in the name of the Defendant’s wife (hereinafter “Internet portal site”); and (b) had written comments on the bulletin board of each of the above portal sites and posted each of the pictures as indicated in the attached list in the following table:

(2) On April 26, 2014, the Plaintiff’s act of posting each of the instant notices on the Internet portal website (E) was used as F Group’s log to publicize as if the Plaintiff was a F Group. In addition, this case’s photo was also used for publicity by combining G pictures and each of the pictures listed in [Attachment 1 to 8], and “this case’s photo” was inserted in [Attachment 1 to 8], according to each number. The Plaintiff’s act of posting each of the instant notices on the Internet portal website bulletin board “B” and then used it as “F Group’s log” to publicize as if the Plaintiff were a F affiliate, and the Plaintiff used it for publicity. In addition, this case’s 2 and 3 pictures were also fabricated. On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff used it to publicize the instant bulletin board (ht:/p/N.N./H.) and then used it to publicize the Plaintiff’s photograph as the Plaintiff’s affiliated company to GE 4 months.

The plaintiff is an affiliate of the F Group.
