1. Defendant B and D jointly share the Plaintiff:

(a) As to KRW 361,070,876 and KRW 330,140,718 among them,

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an owner of 67/100 shares of the 2nd E-building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “instant store”).

Defendant D is a corporation that runs franchise business with its head office in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 2207, and its representative is G, and the defendant C is a representative.

B. On December 17, 2013, as the Plaintiff’s spouse, H and Defendant D’s agent, as the Plaintiff’s agent’s spouse, and as the Plaintiff’s agent, J was present at the seat of the Plaintiff. H and H agreed to the instant sub-lease contract with the content of the lease agreement as indicated below (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). At the same seat, I and J drafted a sub-lease contract with the same content as indicated in the table (hereinafter “the instant sub-lease contract”) with respect to the said store (hereinafter “the instant sub-lease contract”), and H agreed to the instant sub-lease contract.

Article 4 (State) Section D (Business Number: G) of the Special Agreement, Defendant B shall be the same place leased to the Plaintiff.
