A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 01:20 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant collected a knife (17 cm length) which is a dangerous object at the same time, and carried out a knife as the victim’s knife at a dormitory located in Pyeongtaek-si B and 2, on the ground that the victim took drinking together with the working club fees, such as the victim C (the age of 43). On the other hand, the Defendant carried out a knife at a knife (a knife length) and carried out a knife part of the victim’s left part of the treatment days.

However, considering the fact that the crime of this case was committed by using a knife to inflict bodily injury on the part of the victim, which was very dangerous, and that there was no use from the victim, nor did there were no measures to recover from damage, the sentence of sentence against the defendant is inevitable on account of the fact that the crime of this case was committed.

The sentence shall be determined as per the Disposition, taking into account such circumstances as well as various sentencing conditions as shown in the argument of this case.
