The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 299,972,136 as well as 15% per annum from May 16, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, etc. of steel, and the Defendant is a person who runs the wholesale business of primary metal products by establishing a trade name “C”.

B. From September 30, 2016 to July 31, 2017, the Plaintiff supplied steel products to the Defendant. The Defendant did not pay KRW 299,972,136 of the supply price to the Plaintiff.

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the unpaid price of delivered goods at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 16, 2018 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, as the plaintiff, at the cost of KRW 299,972,136, and as requested by the plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
