Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. 나. 피고인은 2019. 6. 5.경 서울 은평구 H 인근 빌라에서 우유투입구를 뒤져 그 안에 있던 현관 출입문 열쇠를 찾아내 출입문을 열고 안으로 들어가 그곳 작은방 책상 서랍에 보관중인 피해자 I 소유의 신한카드 1매, 서부재활센터 맴버쉽카드 1매를 가지고 가 절취하였다.
