1. Basic facts

(ii) The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 12,500,000,000 as the construction price, KRW 25,000,000 on August 5, 2016, KRW 25,300,000 on October 25, 2016, KRW 22,000 on December 12, 2016, KRW 22,000,000 on December 22, 2016, KRW 29,000 on December 29, 2016, KRW 12,50,000,000 on January 1, 2017, and KRW 250,500,000,000.
