Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the city bus in the case of fishing in D New Airport.

On June 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the above bus on June 10, 2016:5, and stopped one lane in front of the Samjin-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, from the 1-dong community service center to Jinjin apartment, and proceeded again after the passengers were aboard.

There was a duty of care to prevent accidents by operating speed and brakes so that many passengers can live well before, after, and after, the bus drivers frequently, and by operating the bus in a safe seat.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and caused the above victim E (the age of 84) to go beyond the floor of the bus before he was seated.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim to the respiratory part due to the infection during the course of receiving medical treatment at a Sinsan University Hospital located in Seo-gu Daejeon on July 30, 2014, around 02:22.
