Punishment of the crime

Defendant is a woman who mediates sexual traffic, and B is a woman who trades sex with the Russian nationality.

From December 18, 2018 to December 20, 2018, the Defendant employed Russia B as female employees, and assisted the said B to receive commercial sex acts worth KRW 60,000 to KRW 100,00 per time from female male customers who visited the said B, and arrange the said male guests to receive commercial sex acts worth KRW 60,000 to KRW 10,000 per time.

(b) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any foreigner having no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

A Russian nationality B, who did not have the status of stay eligible for employment activities at the time, place, was employed as an employee of sexual traffic business.
