Criminal facts

On October 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on January 20, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property equivalent to 19,000 won by deceiving the victim.
