Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Daegu District Court on March 16, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) at the Daegu District Court on March 24, 201, and the suspended sentence was invalidated, and the execution of each of the above imprisonment was terminated on January 21, 2012.
