A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of Acts concerning fisheries;

(a) A person who intends to engage in fisheries within a demarcated crime on February 25, 2018 shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each fishing vessel, fishing gear, or facility;

On February 25, 2018, at around 14:40, the Defendant captured approximately KRW 3kg of 5.3 nautical miless in the Dongban-dong (35-01.5N, 128-5.6E, 5099-9) from the end of Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-do, Gaban-do, Gangseo-do, Busan, by using the 2.5t FRP of FR and 360 Macel 360 Macel-9, without obtaining permission from the head of Gangseo-gu, Busan.

(b) A person who intends to engage in fisheries within a demarcated crime on March 31, 2018 shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each fishing vessel, fishing gear, or facility.

On March 31, 2018, from around 13:30 to 17:25 on the same day, the Defendant captured a bridge, etc. equivalent to approximately 4 kmg, while carrying on a sectional fishery by using the FRP of 2.5t of 2.5m and a modified type of 360 mix-type net gear, without obtaining permission from the head of Gangseo-gu in Busan, Gangseo-gu, and D, from around 13:30 to around the same day.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Sea shall refuse, interfere with, or evade a marine inspection or search of a ship, etc. during activities of a marine guard officer without justifiable grounds;

On July 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 0.5 Ethm (N35-03-01, E128-5-11) located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan (N35-01, E128-5-11); and (b) around 1-2, the Defendant, as described in the port, was subject to a maritime inspection for verifying illegal fishing from the coordination of the coastal area by the Busan Coast Guard Estation during unauthorized fishing, issued approximately 20kmnot in the direction of 180§¯ to avoid this.

From 18:10 on the same day, the Defendant continued to flee to the outside, even though the Defendant continued to absconded with the signal apparatus of the coast guard service F of Busan Coast Guard and G along with the signal apparatus of the order to stop the vessel at sea. “The Defendant may be punished when he does not comply with the maritime inspection or search.”

Accordingly, the defendant's maritime inspection and search by maritime police officers without justifiable reasons.
