Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Busan District Court on June 21, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Busan District Court on December 2, 2012. On June 21, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for special larceny in the Busan District Court on June 21, 2012, and the decision became final and conclusive on August 24, 2012.

1. 3. The Defendants in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act illegally used the stolen credit cards at the date, time, and place set forth in the above two paragraphs.
Defendant A, at around 01:40 on December 23, 2012, Defendant A, the victim H. in the North-gu Gambari-gu Gamba-gu, Gwangju on December 23, 2012, the employees of which are not in toilets, and the location of which is located in the Carba-gu credit cooperative.
