1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the owner of the house on the ground (hereinafter “instant house”) of Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju.
B. In the vicinity of the instant housing, there are incineration facilities installed in the Cheongju-si and ESB facilities (hereinafter “instant waste disposal facilities”).

The Plaintiff received delivery of the instant housing from the Defendant around the date of concluding the instant lease agreement, and resided in the instant housing until June 30, 2019, which is the end of the lease agreement.
