1. On August 26, 2014, the Defendant entered into a comprehensive transfer contract with respect to the telephone number stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 26, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a comprehensive transfer and acquisition agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant on the business that the Plaintiff would acquire all rights and obligations with respect to “D” located in the Gyeonggi Emp Group C (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

B. According to the instant contract, the Defendant shall report the closure of business at the competent tax office, and the Plaintiff shall promptly make business registration (Article 8(5) of the instant contract). The Defendant, without reporting the closure of business, operates “D” without performing the registration procedure under the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the telephone number stated in the attached list.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of change of name for the telephone numbers stated in the separate sheet according to the instant contract to the Plaintiff.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
