Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 17:10 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took a hand-to-stop management at “E” on the D 1st floor located in Ulsan-dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do; (b) had the victim F, who was under the hand-to-stop management at the right side, sent one gold-to-face management at the victim’s market price of KRW 200,000 on the table, to show a 18K gold-to-face management at the victim’s market price of KRW 200,000 on the table, and stolen it by means of inserting it on the part of the victim’s own money.

2. On March 1, 2014, at the above “E” around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, who was investigated by the police station regarding the crime described in paragraph (1) on the part of the said “E,” and expressed the victim’s desire to “I would have reported to the police in order to see that I would have reported the victim’s face to the other person’s life,” and (b) took the victim’s face at one time by assaulting the victim, including, but not limited to, whether I would have reported the victim’s face to the police in order to protect the other person’s life.”
