Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On April 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gangnam Prison on June 18, 2010.

【Criminal Facts】

A person who intends to conduct a general game providing business shall conduct business with the permission of the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and no person shall distribute or use game products with any content different from the classification obtained, and exchange the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of game products for business.

From April 11, 201 to 22:25 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) provided a game machine with contents different from those classified by C without obtaining permission from the Gangnam-si market; (b) provided a game machine for use; and (c) provided a result obtained through the use of the game, despite being aware of the fact that C, which was a part of society, operated the game room without any trade name in the warehouse building D 1st of Gangnam-si from around April 11, 201 to around 202: (a) provided a G Costex vehicle necessary to load and move customers from the Frenk-si E around April 11, 201; (b) lent the Defendant’s wife vehicle to C; and (c) provided the Defendant’s phone number of customers entering the Defendant’s cell phone to C, thereby aiding and abetting the Defendant’s act of violating the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry.
