A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five days.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the police box D in the Military Police Station D, who was under the influence of alcohol at around 01:17, but was in the influence of alcohol; and (b) changed the police officer E in service to the Eup.

“Absing 10,000 won to be lent to the taxi,” but it is refused to do so, and “absing, Kahing, Kahn only;

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to a very rough speech and behavior in a public office.
