Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the District Court on April 20, 2015, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment on July 13, 2015 as well as the termination of the enforcement of the sentence on July 13, 2015, and was 41 times in total.

On August 23, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) provided the Victim D’s “E”; (b) provided alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages as if the Defendant would pay the price without the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) provided the Victim D’s payment of KRW 28,00 in total amount of the market price from the injured party.
2. On August 24, 2015, at around 04:00, the Defendant was informed of the Victim G management “H” in the Seoul Central Government ditch-gu, Seoul, and was provided with 18,500 won in total from the victims by deceiving the victims by the said method.

1. On August 15, 2015, around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) was provided with the victim J’s “K stores” located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si; (b) as if the Defendant were to pay the price without the intent or ability to pay the price even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages, the Defendant was provided with 4 sick and Saju equivalent to the total market price of KRW 46,00,000.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
2. On August 16, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant was provided with the “N points” in the “N points” of the Victim M operation in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the Defendant was provided with alcohol and services as if he would pay the price without the intent or ability to pay the price. Accordingly, the Defendant was provided with KRW 70,000,000, KRW 70,000 in total from the injured party.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property and acquired property benefits.
