Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crimes are the weekly president of D Heavy High School, which is a lifelong educational establishment with academic background recognized in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and Defendant B are the weekly president of D Heavy School.
Victims E, F, G, H, and I were teachers in the above school, the victimJ were employees in the administrative office, and were dismissed, terminated, or suspended from office from office from September 2017 to February 2018 by the school foundation. 2. Defendant B, around August 8, 2019, at around 08:30, prevents the entrance of the entrance of 20 students from other 20 students in front of the said school entrance, and attached Form stating, “I will not receive lessons from teachers who do not have the quality of Rab in the year,” thereby obstructing the victims’ entry by force.
