Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:20, obstructed the convenience store business of the victim by force over about 10 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant, who was requested for the settlement from the victim, by taking out one of the children in the air conditioners in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, in front of the air conditioners in order to write down a frigerite in front of the air conditioners; and (b) the Defendant, who was requested for the settlement from the victim, took a bath to the victim, “I am am frick, I am sick, I am.”
