A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant promised to receive compensation and delivered the access media.

Accordingly, on June 22, 2016, the Defendant sent 1 e-mail card connected to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of the Defendant at Pyeongtaek-si bus terminals located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to D, which is the withdrawal book of the bus freight delivery organization, using one e-mail card connected to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of the Defendant.
