B On September 8, 2016, the Seoul Northern District Court was sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of six months for special intimidation, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 20, 2016.

B(54) and Defendant A(57) are dump truck drivers, respectively.
Defendant
B, around 07:30 on September 7, 2016, Defendant A’s dump truck, the preceding vehicle, intended to dump truck and reclaim dump truck at the reclaimed land located in Yangyang-gun E, and was able to take a bath to Defendant A on the ground that Defendant A’s dump truck, the former vehicle, did not promptly dump it even after reclaiming earth, and Defendant B also buried dump truck in the reclaimed land.
Defendant B continued to drive a dump truck on the ground of the fact that Defendant B had a dump truck drivened by Defendant A, following the dump truck drivened by Defendant A, driving a two-lane road near the upper west in the two-lanes of Pyeongtaek-gu, Yangyang-gun, Yangpo-si, and stopped the two-lane, and led Defendant A to stop the dump truck as the side. Defendant B and Defendant A stopped each dump truck on the side near the upper fump truck in the two sides of Yangpo-gu, Yangpo-dong, Yangpo-gu, Yangpo-si on September 7, 2016.
1. Defendant B: (a) dump truck driver’s dump truck came from his dump truck at the above date, time and place; (b) dump truck’s dump driver’s dump driver’s dump truck, and the victim dump driver’s dump driver’s dump truck; (c) dump driver’s dump driver’s dump driver’s dump; (d) dump driver’s dump dump dump dump dump; and (d) dump the victim’s left part of the victim
2. Defendant A, at the above date and time, was aware of the above assault of the victim B, and the victim’s face face was taken frequently against the victim’s assault, and the victim’s injury was inflicted on the part of the inner wall that requires approximately eight weeks of treatment.
