A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant, at the second floor D office located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the second floor D in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “In the event that an investment is made in the sports soil lottery, the victim E grants a profit of 1 to 5% per week, and 3% of the investment principal per month shall also be paid as separate interest of 80% per month. Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the said victim, received KRW 3.3 million in cash from the said victim on June 23, 2014, from the said victim, the sum of KRW 18.6 million in total from the corporate bank (070953701016) account in the name of the Plaintiff, a new bank in the name of the Plaintiff-in-aid Bank (10028997205), KRW 6.00,000 in cash, around July 14, 2014, KRW 8.5 million in cash, and KRW 8.6 million in the account of the Plaintiff-in-aid Bank (0953701016) in the name of the Plaintiff-in-aid Bank (09).

2. The Defendant, around September 30, 2014, is a professional of the sports soil in the D office located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C and the second floor, and is the victim F while performing as if he/she had considerable financial power, is the chairperson of the D, and is running the sports earth and the roto business.
