On August 20, 2014, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi Military Manpower Office to enlistment in the army training center located in the field of discussion from September 22, 2014 at the Incheon Gyeonggi Military Manpower Administration, which was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 120 on August 20, 2014, but did not enter the army for three days after the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
