The Defendant is a person who operates a clothing sales store under the trade name of Gangnam-gu Seoul Building B and C. D.

1. From November 1, 2018 to December 30 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) from among many unspecified customers via the Internet portal site E, the Defendant: (b) 2 mother-and-child points (the fixed goods price of KRW 980,00), 1 of clothes (the fixed goods price of KRW 1,450,00) attached with a forged trademark identical or similar to the registered trademark of H (the registration number of the trademark right holder); (c) 1 of the new event (the fixed goods price of KRW 850,000) attached with a forged trademark identical or similar to the registered trademark of H (the registration number of the trademark holder J; and (d) 2 of the household items (the registered goods price of KRW 12,00,000; and (e) 300,000,000 won and 970,000 won and 300,000 won and 300,000 won and 37,000.

2. On January 24, 2019, the Defendant displayed one point of clothes (700,000 won at the fixed price) on which the trademark right holder’s “O” is identical or similar to that of the registered trademark (P), one point of clothes (1,500,000 won at the fixed price) on which Q’s trademark right holder’s registered trademark (registration numberR), one point of clothes (1,50,000 won at the fixed price) on which a forged trademark of the same or similar pattern is attached; one point of clothes (3,00,000,000 won on which the trademark of “J” is attached; one point of clothes on which the trademark right holder’s registered trademark (registration number; L; and 3,00,000 won); one (5,000 won at the fixed price); one (1,50,000 won at the fixed price; five (1,50,000 won at the fixed price); six (1,500 won at the fixed price at the same or similar shape); six (1,500) at the registered trademark right holder’s.
