1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant 1) Plaintiff A (hereinafter “A”) is limited.

(B) The Defendant’s external village is the Plaintiff B (hereinafter “B”).

(2) As the Plaintiff’s wife, the Defendant’s father, and the Plaintiff’s sibling, Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., established I around October 1981.

On the other hand, Co., Ltd.: (a) divided the company into “J” on March 2, 2006; (b) newly incorporated the company into “J”; (c) on March 1, 2010, the newly incorporated company merged K and changed its trade name into “Co., Ltd.”.

Ultimately, corporation E0,00 still remains.

These companies, regardless of such merger division and trade name change, which were established and operated by D, were referred to as “Co. E”.

(hereinafter referred to as “E”) is a major shareholder and a representative director.

E Around 193 as a local subsidiary in California of the United States, F Co., Ltd. (F; hereinafter “F”), and G Co., Ltd (G; hereinafter “G”) around 199.

3) From March 1, 1993 to March 1999, Plaintiff A worked from F to March 19, 199 as a general secretary, a financial director, a representative director, etc. from G to March 19, 207, and during the working period, Defendant A also worked as an employee of F and G, respectively.

From March 26, 2007, F and G representative directors were concurrently held. (B)

On April 11, 2006, Plaintiff A and Defendant H Account A opened a deposit account of Plaintiff A, Account Number H (hereinafter “H account”) at a U.S. LA Olympic branch in Korea-U.S. LA Olympic branch.

B) On September 1, 2006, the Defendant was added to the H account as a joint name of H account. 2) The Plaintiffs’ L account is merged into a new bank around 1997.
