Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2016, around 07:07, the Defendant assaulted the victim as two descendants on the ground that the victim D (V, 73 years old) living in adjoining areas in the street in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “V”) was imprisoned to the end of his house by putting the victim’s booming the victim’s booming around his house.
