1. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list, Korea District Court, Namyang-ju Registry, which was received on March 3, 2017, No. 18288.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 13, 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 50,000,00 to the Plaintiff on December 30, 2015, with a maturity of KRW 25% per annum. On the same day, a notary public prepared a notarial deed on a monetary loan loan agreement with a law firm No. 121 on August 27, 2015. (2) On August 27, 2015, the Plaintiff issued to the Defendant a promissory note with a face value of KRW 50,00,000, and the due date of payment on December 30, 2015, a notary public issued a promissory note with a maturity of KRW 50,000,00,000 to the Defendant on December 30, 2015.
3) On October 23, 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff as of December 30, 2015, the due date for reimbursement of KRW 25% per annum, and the interest and delay damages rate as of December 30, 2015. On the same day, a notary public prepared a notarial deed of money consumption loan contract as of December 157, 2015 by a law firm C. (4) On December 24, 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 10,000,000 to the Plaintiff as of January 24, 2016, the due date for reimbursement of KRW 25% per annum, interest and delay damages rate as of January 24, 2016. On the same day, a notary public drafted a notarial deed of money consumption loan contract as of December 188, 2015.
5) On June 16, 2016, the Defendant lent KRW 45,600,000 to the Plaintiff on August 6, 2016, the maturity period of payment of KRW 45,60,000 to the Plaintiff on August 6, 2016, with interest and delay damages rate of KRW 25% per annum. (B) The Plaintiff, on February 26, 2013, completed the registration of joint creation of a mortgage on each of the instant real estate with the maximum debt amount of KRW 750,00,000,000, the debtor, the Plaintiff, and the creditor D. On January 27, 2015, D voluntarily withdrawn the application for auction on December 28, 2015.
