A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2018, at around 04:30 on March 4, 2018, the Defendant, at the “D convenience store” managed by the victim C, who was displayed in front of the store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected, stolen with two exercising goods equivalent to KRW 6,000, total market price.
