1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties (1) Defendant SK (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant SK”), Defendant Dakex Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant GS”), Defendant Hyundai Daily Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Hyundai”), and Defendant Mail Daily Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant S-Oil”) are manufacturers pursuant to Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, who manufacture and sell petroleum products such as gasoline, light oil, light oil, and light oil by refining and processing crude oil, and purchase them for the purpose of oil supplied by the Defendants to gas stations, etc.

B.
