1. Basic facts

This provision shall apply mutatis mutandis to the election of the head of the sub-chapters, but an executive officer of the sub-chapters shall be deemed to have been acquired after the approval of the chief director and the head of the sub-chapters as an executive officer of Article 24 (Acquisition of Qualifications, etc.).

B.
