Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for four months as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on December 14, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 22, 2012.
