Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with respect to the charge of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Young-gu District Court’s Yeongdeungpo Branch on February 21, 2014, and was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million with respect to the same offense in the same court on February 16, 2015.

Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more due to drunk driving, on June 20, 2015, at around 16:52, the Defendant again driven C high-speed car with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration 0.181% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of a restaurant in the mutual influence of the death and the front of the modern vehicle in the same Ri located in the same Ri, from around 16:52 to around 200 meters.

2. On August 1, 2015, the Defendant died.
